Universal GigApp Future Health AI OpsFlow AI

Future @I LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates applications published under the Future @I brand. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information across all our applications.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information (name, email address)
  • Profile data (preferences, settings)
  • Support messages and feedback
  • Signature data (for terms acceptance)

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
  • App usage data (features used, session duration)
  • Error logs and crash reports
  • Performance metrics

Location Information (GigApp)

GigApp accesses your device's precise location (GPS) via the Android ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permission, solely to power its automatic mileage-tracking feature for gig workers. GigApp is currently the only Future @I app that uses location.

  • What we access: Precise GPS coordinates, only while a mileage trip is actively running.
  • When we access it: Only after you tap “Auto-Track with GPS” and grant the permission, and only for the duration of an active trip. A persistent notification is shown the entire time location is in use. We do not access your location when the app is closed, idle, or running in the background outside of an active trip.
  • Why we access it: To automatically measure the miles you drive so the app can calculate business mileage tax deductions at the IRS standard mileage rate.
  • How it is handled: All location and trip data is processed and stored locally on your device, encrypted with AES-256. It is never transmitted to our servers, never sold, and never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.
  • Background location: Optional. If you choose to enable “Allow all the time” via a separate in-app disclosure, a trip keeps recording when you switch to a navigation or rideshare app mid-trip. Declining still allows full foreground mileage tracking.
  • Your control: Location access is optional and can be revoked at any time in your device Settings; mileage can also be entered manually.

Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Your location is never uploaded to our servers — GigApp's GPS is used only on-device for mileage tracking (see “Location Information” above)
  • Contact lists or phone book data
  • Photos or media (unless you explicitly share them)
  • Financial information (payments processed by Stripe)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the App's services
  • To automatically track mileage (GigApp): your precise GPS location is used only during an active trip to calculate business mileage for tax deductions — processed entirely on-device (see “Location Information” above)
  • To improve App features and fix bugs
  • To provide customer support
  • To enforce our Terms and Conditions
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. AI Data Processing

  • AI features process your inputs to generate responses
  • AI interactions may be logged for safety and quality
  • AI does not store or learn from your personal conversations beyond the current session unless explicitly configured
  • On-device AI processing stays on your device
  • No AI training is performed on your personal data

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We may share data with:

  • Service providers (Stripe for payments, hosting services)
  • Law enforcement (when required by law or valid legal process)
  • Business transfers (in the event of merger or acquisition)

We will NEVER share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Data stored locally on your device using encrypted storage
  • Data transmitted to our servers uses HTTPS encryption
  • Sensitive data (tokens, credentials) stored in platform-native secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore)
  • Audit logs are hash-chained for tamper detection
  • We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy

6. Your Rights

Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

  • KNOW what personal information we collect about you
  • DELETE your personal information
  • OPT-OUT of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell data, but you may still exercise this right)
  • NON-DISCRIMINATION for exercising your privacy rights
  • CORRECT inaccurate personal information
  • LIMIT use of sensitive personal information

To exercise these rights, contact: privacy@futureati.app

We will respond within 45 days as required by California law.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by:

  • Using the "Delete Account" option in App Settings
  • Emailing privacy@futureati.app

Upon deletion request: account data deleted within 30 days; audit logs retained as required by law; aggregated, anonymized data may be retained.

8. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
