Why We Need Your Old Phones

Future @I apps run on real devices — not emulators. To make sure every app works perfectly on as many phones as possible, we need physical devices for live testing.

If you have an old phone sitting in a drawer collecting dust, you can donate it to our development lab. In return, you'll receive free app subscriptions as a thank you.

We test on real hardware because real users don't use emulators. Every donated phone helps us catch bugs, optimize performance, and build better apps for everyone.

What We Accept

Phones & tablets from the past 5 years that meet ALL of these:

Minimum 8GB RAM
Must power on and hold a charge
Must connect to a PC via USB (charging + data transfer)
Screen can be cracked — as long as you can scroll to Settings → Developer Options
Must include a working charging/data cable in good condition (no frayed or damaged cables)
Android devices only (no iPhones — our apps are Android-first)

We do NOT accept:

Phones older than 5 years
Phones with less than 8GB RAM
Phones that don't turn on or won't charge
Phones without a cable (we don't have extra cables)
Water-damaged devices
Devices with carrier/FRP locks that prevent factory reset

IMPORTANT: Back up your data before sending. Every donated device will be factory reset upon arrival. We are not responsible for any data left on the device.

What You Get In Return

TIER 1 — Standard Device (8GB+ RAM)

Reward: 1 free app of your choice — 3 months max plan

Any qualifying phone or tablet

TIER 2 — Power Device (16GB+ RAM)

Reward: 2 free apps of your choice — 6 months max plan each

Any qualifying phone with 16GB RAM or more

TIER 3 — Ultra Device (24GB RAM)

Reward: 3 free apps of your choice — 2 years max plan each

Must be ONE of these:
• ASUS ROG Phone (24GB RAM) — latest model or up to 2 years
• RedMagic (24GB RAM) — latest model or up to 2 years old
No other 24GB devices qualify for Tier 3

Notes:
• One donation per Google account. No exceptions.
• Rewards are activated AFTER we receive and verify the device — not before.
• If the device doesn't meet requirements, we'll contact you. You can pay return shipping to get it back, or forfeit it. No reward will be issued for non-qualifying devices.
• Failure to include a working cable, or sending a damaged cable, will reduce your reward tier by one level.
• Ignoring requirements (wrong RAM, won't charge, no cable) will reduce or void your reward.

How It Works

Check Your DeviceGo to Settings → About Phone. Verify your phone has 8GB+ RAM and is less than 5 years old. Take a screenshot of this screen — you'll need it.
Fill Out the Donation FormProvide your name, email, phone make/model, RAM size, age, and upload a screenshot of your About Phone screen.
Ship ItAfter we review your submission, we'll send you a shipping address via email. You cover shipping costs (we're a small company — we can't cover shipping at this time).
We VerifyWe factory reset, verify it powers on/charges/connects via USB, confirm RAM and model, and record the device for our testing lab.
You Get RewardedOnce verified, we activate your free app subscription(s) within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with your license key(s).

FAQ

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes. We're a small business and can't cover shipping costs at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

What happens to my phone after you receive it?

It's factory reset and added to our physical testing lab. We use it to test our apps on real hardware to catch bugs and optimize performance for your specific device model.

Can I donate more than one phone?

One donation per Google account. If you have multiple qualifying devices, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work something out.

What if my phone doesn't qualify after you receive it?

We'll email you. You can pay return shipping to get it back, or forfeit the device. No reward is issued for non-qualifying devices.

Can I donate an iPhone?

Not at this time. Our apps are Android-first, so we only need Android devices for testing.

How long until I get my reward?

Within 48 hours of us verifying your device. You'll receive an email with your license key(s).
